Disney's Indoor Midwestern resort

I always wanted to create a Theme park in the Midwest and I decided to do it as an Imagineering exercise. It took me over 3 weeks to create this.

I know there is no chance of this happening because of the weather, cost, and hurt the amount of guests going to Disneyland or Walt Disney Word.

While I don't have have an exact location for it, It wouldn't be the state of Kansas or the state of Missouri.
