Creating a Disney theme park resort

My concept has a lot of different phases and is something I wouldn't do as CEO of Disney. This is why I don't have this under my other thread.

It includes hotels, 3 or 4 theme parks not sure on the amount of Theme parks yet, Transportation, and Disney shopping/Night time Entertainment area.

Phase 1- at new theme park resort location

Transportation
Monorail - takes you to 2 hotels, Ticket Transportation center, and 1st theme park

Hotels
Deluxe Hotel named after 1st the first theme park of the new resort. Eating places are character buffet, regular table service, table service with a fireworks view, and counter service. Also has 2 shops, bar, arcade, spa, and pool area.

Disney's Grand Caribbean Hotel - Deluxe Hotel. Eating places is a Victoria's and Albert's type place serving Caribbean food, regular table service with Caribbean Food, and counter service. Also has a Caribbean Adventure Bar, arcade, swimming pool,spa, and Pool Bar.

UFO Encounter- using a combination of Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Mission: SPACE, and robot arm technology to simulate an alien abduction.
Cybermind - Coaster. It takes places in a black pyramid intended to be a mysterious alien device. Riders would found themselves inside an alien computer where they would be perceived as a virus and forced to escape.

Brazil their mascot can be Jose Caricoa. A real wild card could be Africa. Inside US likely Texas because its far enough from WDW and DL.

That is what I was going for in terms the Beast Castle since It was the Disney theme park castle that I grew up with including the first time I saw it as a teenager in the early 1990's. I also wanted the Beast Castle as the Park Icon.

I didn't do Mickey's Toon Town as a replacement for Liberty Square for a reason. I have a 2nd park in mind called Disney's Land of Adventures that has Mickey's Toon Town Land. The coming up version of Disney's land of Adventures is going to be different than the 3rd park in Disneyland in terms of some different lands like there being Pixar Adventure Land and a will have some changes.

I don't have Enchanted Forest in this version of Disneyland of Adventure for a reason.

I have a 3rd park concept that has regions of the world aka New Word (North & South America), Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. I have 2 of the regions almost done.

That concept for attractions has history, Folklore, literature, fairy tales, soundings of the land aka mountains as an example, architecture, Disney Characters and Disney Movies if they fit the theme of the region. I will be using Disney Princesses that I didn't use in Fantasy Land Rides as a result.

Not all the attractions in the 3rd park will be Disney based such as a Leaning Tower of Pisa Multiple Drop Ride, or a ride on the history of the Mayan civilization as an example.
