Just got back from Disney World and I'm still thinking about one of the most magical Cast Member encounters we had during our trip. We went to City Hall to find out the location and times for Peter Pan. One woman said she'd find out and that she'd be right back. While we were standing there waiting, a different woman behind the desk calls us over. We politely say "we're being helped," and turn away. She demands we come see her. Not wanting to make her angry, we go to her.
Her name is Claire and we see that she's a Cast Member trainer by a pin that says so. We start talking about our jobs as teachers and Claire tells us how much she loves working for Walt Disney Co. Claire has some cute banter with the woman who was already helping us. She goes on to ask us what our favorite rides are in the Magic Kingdom. She then tells us we have to ride the Mine Train again, but in the front row. So Claire writes us 3 "Priority Seating Tickets" and thanks us for being teachers. She told us to "go play now" and we were on our way.
She was such a kind woman and made our day that much more magical. So if you're in City Hall, go talk to Claire. Who knows what might happen!
