Grand Floridian Villa

I am in the process of investing but the only option i have is Grand Floridian for the full 49 years 165 per credit or Animal Kingdom for 43 years at 145 per credit. Grand is alright, I havent stayed there yet. I really like Animal but i cant digest paying almost the same price and losing out 6 years. What are your thoughts? Wait for Poly?

Neither are in my budget (we own at SSR), but if I had the money and those were my choices, I'd either go with the GF or wait for Poly. We stayed at the GFV in March and they were incredible.

But according to your numbers, AK at $145 is 87.8% of GF at $165. 43 compares to 49 years is the exact same percentage, so you're getting the exact same deal at either location.

Thanks Tom! I didnt look at it that way. Animal Kingdoms maintenance fees are higher thank GF. But GF points are higher than AK...Decisions...Decisions...

if those were my only two choices, i would go with GF for sure. they are simply amazing.

I am so happy that we bought VGF last September when prices were definitely lower!
