Typhoon Lagoon usually closed for refurb in November?

Just looked at the calendar page here and it shows Typhoon Lagoon to be closed all month for refurbishment. I can't confirm with any other site, does anyone know this to be true?

Each water park closes for a couple months each year. One park will close, go through its refurb, and then they'll switch. (The switch typically happens in late December, I think)

Sometimes they'll also switch which park closes first, this year I guess it's TL, which closes in later October.

Typhoon Lagoon was closed last year so I'm sure it may be because Disney did not post water park hours for either park yet. Most likely Blizzard Beach will closed this year instead.

Both water parks close for extended refurbs every winter, one at a time. (See my post above)
