The closure just makes it annoying to access the garage, it’s not like the Springs has had capacity closures sense the eBay resellers descended for the WoD reopening.
The normal goal most of the last decade or so before automation was a 4-3-2 (Resort-Express-Epcot) operation. Epcot very rarely would have three trains and the resort line almost always needs four for the demand (DVC expansions).
