I think they missed out on the biggest opportunity ever... everyone knows that the Hollywood Blvd Courtyard is the biggest hidden mickey every. That shouldn't be a hat there... it should be a giant mickey nose, pointing out to the whole world that whoever laid out this park was...
actually.. it is put down for rain.. and depending on the amount of sun in central Florida... it could be down for an hour or two after the rain stops while they try to dry the track... something to do with traction problems.
Disney has this really cool finger scanning device... the first time you use the pass it scans your finger... I'm not sure if there is a way to get through the gate the first time and have your fingerprint on someone else's pass... but if your fingers don't match they will ask for id

Test track is not down because of lightning and being metal. One of the main reasons it goes down every day is rain. This is a road with a semi-real car running on it. Just like in the begining when they had trouble keeping air in the tires and that stopped ride function, the loss of traction...
