This might be widely known, but was new to me: the Poster Art of the Disney Parks book identifies the artist of 00 & 01 as Norm Inouye, who also designed the classic Epcot logos.
On the serigraph question for 00:
Here's some close-ups of detail. I'm very much not an expert, but I'm 99% convinced this isn't a serigraph. I can't see the separation of ink layers like I do on the 2020 prints. The metallic silver is definitely laid on top of the main art in a 2nd layer, but...
I don't think we've ever gotten official word that it's a litho, but from looking at it in person it sure seems that way. The silver ink looks like a 2nd layer, but otherwise litho. I'd love to know more details if you find them.
I was hoping they'd take the opportunity to improve the contrast on Horizons - the orange and yellow bleed into each other too much, especially on the attraction name at the top. But I'm also kind of glad they didn't improve it, so I don't have to re-buy!

If you want to make sure the prints stay in top shape, consider getting some acid-free backing to replace the default cardboard that they come...
