I know why the parks are closing early during the week, too. There are very few guests. I mean it is ridiculous working in Space Mountain in the mornings and running the ride as slow as possible and still running out of guests. And this is one of the most popular rides in the park. It picks up...

They've not said anything to me about it being open this weekend, and it was closed yesyerday (Friday). :cool:

The ESPN Zone restaraunt is at the Boardwalk resort. You can take one of the Disney buses to the Boardwalk, but you'd need to tansfer at one the park areas first. The buses don't go directly from one resort to another, if I remember right.

Believe it or not, the Night of Joy kids are even less behaved than the Grad Nite kids. It's horrible. :cool:

From what I understand from another cast member, the rehab is coming because of a change in sponsors. Fed Ex is pulling out and Samsung is coming in. I can believe this, because I've been hearing all along that when Fed Ex's contract was up, that they would not be renewing their sponsorship. So...

What a great comeback! I don't know about as a guest, but as a cast member, Gay Day is pretty much the best day to work. In general, the guests are so much more polite and friendly than on regular days. :cool:

There is actually a very good reason for the warning to keeps your hands inside the rocket at all times. A guest had her finger ripped almost completely off when her ring caught on the top of the re-entry tunnel (the tunnel at the end of the ride. Her hands were, of course, up high in the air...

Last week, a guy tried to get in the Space Mountain queue while drinking a beer and smoking a cigarette. Turned out, his backpack was full of beer. Way to go bag checkers. :cool:

That's because if the queue are was opened up inside, that would destroy the purpose of fastpass. All of sudden, instead of a 10 minute wait, fastpass would be a 20-30 minute wait. That's not very "fast."
