    It's cropped from artwork fan-fiction of the symbol respresenting EPCOT's Tron pavilion, one of many pavilions dreamt up as part of an ideal EC upgrade. The fan site created unique symbols for each of fictious pavilion. This is their symbol art for their fictious Tron pavilion, with an upwards beam cropped off.
