I'm pretty sure that's why. And I'm 100% sure it's a new truck. I know enough about the trucks to be able to distinguish the new ones from the old ones.
It's a new truck because it's lacking the tarp canopy, and the props. This is how the new trucks have been coming in and they've been fitting the props onto the trucks either right before testing on the ride path, or after.

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure they take them to central before they get to dak anyways because I was talking to somebody from maintenance about them driving a new truck to dak from central shops, so I'm going to assume that they take them up there, first, when they're bringing the trucks in.

I think they were taking it up to central shops, because if you notice, it's heading towards the contemporary. After that, I believe they bring the trucks from central to dak. However, they should have just gone up back towards reams road if this is the case.
