I planned for my family of 8 and am going about with 8 people and in my experience....I think giving people less options will help you in the long run. If you're going with someone who is a fellow Disney fan, involve them, but for the general crowd that doesn't know anything about the World...

I booked my daughter first haircut for this October...so excited. I read that it was $25 for the "first haircut package" and they give you ears, so I think its worth it, just because of the ears and a memorable first haircut :-)

I agree with @DiSnEyF@n Your son may enjoy different parks now that he's a little older and wants to explore. Might be worth an extra day at AK or EP. I'm told a lot of kids love the kidcot stops at EP :-) Have an awesome trip!
