I'm sure most of you realize this but I was looking at the area where the STOLport is and it's a pretty large area. It could realistically accommodate at least two resorts, if they ever needed to. Just my two cents.

Most of the names are people who helped develop WDW but the window on one of the cross-streets lists five or so dummy companies that were used to purchase the land.

Not trying to be picky but there is no town of Reedy Creek. The Property is in the Reedy Creek Improvement District , which consists of two towns: Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake. You never see Bay Lake used anywhere and all mailing addresses are in Lake Buena Vista. Hope this helps.
All the lighting was done for the original version of Illuminations, which was before those pavilions were built. Disney never budgeted to have lights added to the new ones, even after new versions of Illuminations were produced. Guess just another way to save some money.
That location has been mentioned as a site for a Mediterranean themed resort. As an earlier post mentions though, the land is unstable and cannot support that much development.
