I assume this would be true of anytime with Magical Express, if you rode the bus or not. They still 'could' loose it. I just don't want them to 'flag' my bags or something because I never got on the Magical Express bus. I would think I would not be the first to see the Magical Express lines and...

How strict is this enforcement? I was planning to let Magical Express still take my bags but do a Minnie Van. Any experience or horror stories?

Just called Disney reservations, I got no offer to be upgraded, money off, or discounts at another resort. All the guy would do is keep offering me different resorts at current pricing. He said, "all the construction is by the villas, you won't hear anything" staying at WL std view room Nov 14-19
