We are planing to go to the world in September 2009 is there a chance we can score free dining?

We dont leave till Dec 2009 and have not booked, but the way I see it there is a good chance many wont plan on booking trip till last minute so it may make Disney have a few more deals out there to incourage travelers. As well fuel seems to be going down so perhaps airlines may lowere prices...
