We stayed in 5509 - it was a deluxe studio sav view and it was perfect. Gorgeous Arusha Savannah view and very near the elevator down to the pool. Request Arusha!

You will hit a home run. Book it! So gorgeous and tons of great details. On the water. The boardwalk/walkway out to the boat is romantic, with Spanish Moss draping from trees... Great dining options and pools. Nice bar; stupendous lobby. I see brides having portraits done out on the overlook...

If you're only going to splurge on a Deluxe once, I think I'd have to go with the Polynesian. It has a special combination of positives, like views of the castle from around the resort, the monorail, a classic disney vibe, you can walk to the TTC and to the GF, there are boats to rent, the luau...

BWI I prefer if you can stay club level, otherwise Beach Club. We had a stay at BWI in a standard room that was on the ground floor and had a terrible ambiance. Subterranean. And this was even with brand spanking new room decor. Walking in and out of BC is more "grand" ♥
