Doesn't ruin the experience at all IMO. We will usually spring for the Savanna Room if we plan on spending extra time at the resort, but reserve the Standard Room if we aren't. Great experiences with either choice!

"We have our FPs booked but no dining yet, no luck!" Keep trying for the dining. We recently had a 9:15 reservation for Crystal Palace, but 24 hours before we were able to get an earlier time. Don't give up!!

We have a breakfast ADR at Crystal Palace for 9:15, and the park opens at 9. Will we be allowed in before opening, or will we have to wait for rope drop and fight the crowd to get there?

I thought that someone here might know & it would save me a long distance call. It's not that big of a deal though, I was just curious.

Yeah, I checked out Allears. It looks like the other Values have them in the pictures though, that's why I was curious. My DH and I are about to head down there, and my cousin (female) has decided to go with us. It would be nice to have a place to get dressed instead of having to get dressed...

Does anybody know if they have a curtain between the bathroom/sink area and the bedroom area that can be open/closed? I've tried looking at pictures, but don't think I see one. Looks like all the other resorts have one though.

Yeah, they told us 90 minutes with a free lunch. I'm more concerned about being scammed by the company & the hotel being nasty. Usually I go with my gut, but it's not telling me anything right now. :-/

Anybody know if the alarm clock radios have Ipod/external device hookups?

We just got back from a stay at CSR, and were very thankful we paid extra for the preferred room. It was still quite a walk from our room, but we weren't on the far side of the complex which would have been MUCH worse. It is all about the location of your room to the food, bus stops, etc...
