I was wondering if it had to do with the potential of a new studio space in the UK for Star Wars film and TV Show productions. Don't believe this was mentioned yet.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it was the real prop from the film. In the last few years, the Indiana Jones and the Adventure in Archaeology toured around several museums around the world... Once that exhibit ended, I believe the same ark that was on display in museums was shipped to...
I visited Satu'li Canteen for Breakfast & Dinner and absolutely loved it. I'll start off with out breakfast options:
Steel Cut Oatmeal:
This was my wife's breakfast, but due to the sheer amount of oatmeal served, we were both able to eat from it. You could order this single meal for two people...
ahhh okk.. it's starting to make sense. I was on the ride the other day and there was a bright light on that seemed out of place right in the same spot the camera is positioned. It was distracting at the time, took away from the element of that scene for me. At least I know sorta why it was...
Exactly this! I find excitement in how technical it all is and how many layers there are just to get it to all work together. Same thing with something like Small World. It may be dismissed as "kiddie" or "boring", but there is something about the inner workings that make attractions like these...
I'm torn on this fact. If you take the experience as "real", then you are literally an avatar flying in Pandora or riding in a river boat through Pandora, so where does the music come from? So on one hand it's cool to hear the music from the film, but also how would that be happening if this was...
That is a great question actually... I had to sit and think about it for a few to be honest. I came to the conclusion that I really don't know what Disney feels like anymore. Is it IP based? Is it the original dark rides? Is it about a mouse? Is it the themed lands? At this juncture, Disney has...
For my visit, it hit the 40 minute mark at 12:30 PM. I think it really all depends. Apparently last night around 9:00 PM it was 40 minutes. We waited probably close to 90 minutes and it was bearable. I'm not sure I could do much more.
I'm back after a few day trips to the park and I gotta say - I'm changed after Pandora. I can't stop thinking about it. The incredible size and scope of that land is breathtaking. I couldn't stop taking pictures and videos the entire time to capture something otherworldly.
Navi River Journey...
Well that's really upsetting to me. The one thing I hoped for out of all of this. Zelda is prime for a great attraction. Maybe the reaction to BotW will sway some minds.
I really wish they would just re-orchestrate the current tracks, give it a slight modern edge, but keep the same feeling and heart. In the way that Soarin' was re-orchestrated, let's make illuminations something that lives on.
hahaha totally this. That one is pretty rickety. But I think it's a valid complaint of a transportation system like this. These parks are certainly a place for riders of all kinds, but for some, Disney is a place for people that like attractions but may not like rides/thrills/heights. Obviously...
Yea, I sorta get the appeal, but also not at all.. haha. I'm just speaking from experience, as I've been on a lot of gondolas, whether it was a harsh snowy climate or the heat of South Africa. The only difference is the trajectory. These in Disney wouldn't be shooting for the stars, they'd be...
Oh I feel like this will be an even more frustrating transportation system. I'm just envisioning my ski trips and how backed up the gondolas and other lifts get with much less people involved. I've been fairly lucky with the buses and haven't had to sit in giant lines, but I know most do...
