Automated self-driving vehicles are only a few years off. I would see this technology as the future of WDW transportation.

Marni1971 is a popular insider around here with reliable information. The map he posted is rough details of what to expect at DHS. Green is TSL, Red is SWL, yellow is expected phase 3 not yet announced. Blue is a very blue sky possible phase 4. Purple across World Drive is a future employee...

I agree with what you're saying. My feeling is that in five years time, phase 4 may get scrapped due to more pressing needs at Epcot. Which wouldn't be a new land but hopefully a systematic re-do for some of whats in place. A lot of pavilions could use an overhaul, UOE and no longer used WOL...

Some thoughts: Phase 1 and 2 are announced and funded. Phase 3 seems likely as that area of the park will be very out of place with the lands surrounding it. Phase 4, to me at this point, seems unlikely. In 5 years once 1-3 are completed, the Studios will have a lot to do with a lot of money...

Can't blame Disney for that. The bulldozer company keeps drastically raising prices with out offering anything new to justify...
