Those were nice times when you could give away FPs you absolutely couldn't use to someone waiting in line.

They still had paper FPs on our last trip in June of '13. We have both given away extras as well as been given extras by others.
Gonna' miss that, too.

I thought of you today. I tried so hard to do as you did at Target today. I ran in for a bottle of bleach being the germaphobic I am. $3.14 with tax. I gave her $3.25. She gave me change and a $5 bill. I tried to give her the $5 back. She explained it was only $3.14. I told her I gave her $3.25 and she said that is why I gave you the $5 back and very condescendingly. I explained the change was all I should v received back, she then talked down to me, I was done and walked out with the $5. At a certain point a dense, young 20 something needs to learn to listen. Wonder if she will have deja vu when her drawer is $5 short? The freak'n cash register shows them the change, math skills not required.

I'll give slip the $5 in the donation box for our local food pantry.

Yep, in that case, I'd a' walked with the extra Abe, too.

This Hawaiian timezone thing is weird.

Anyway, tomorrow, we will be spending our Fourth of July (and last full day here) on the beach and by the pool. They are doing fireworks on the beach, so that should be cool

Also, random, but when I was snorkeling today, I saw a fish that was about 4-5 feet long. I think it might have been an eel, but it was huge. Just in case, I looked at it, thought, "Oh cool," and swam in another direction.

did you flail as you were "NOPE NOPE NOPE" on the big fish? XD

Actually, yes. But for some reason, I don't like things such as a box of chocolates with salt on therm. Now, this is very deep thinking here, but maybe I don't like salt over chocolate, but do like salt under chocolate.

so, you pick the chocolate, twist them so the salt is on the bottom, and then you eat it?

I've also had a few I could not see that donaldtoo posted recently. Most of his pictures I can see (the bathtub dog one came out fine!), but not all. Sometimes, but not all the time, if you hit the reply button, the picture will miraculously "appear". I don't know how that happens or why it only happens just some of the time.

Its because he does not link to the images, but to webpages that "load" the images.

So when you see the forum. The webpage in question.. does not allow "hotlinking".
And when you press on "reply". Your browser sends a "download" action to the website in question, thus displaying the image.

Wow, I had no idea there's a painless migraine. Does that mean she only gets the auras?

Basically, she has a period of dizziness and nausea. She went to the doctor, and they ruled out everything else and diagnosed a rare migraine form.

Once a week from mid-May until mid to late September. Crass cutting ends about the time the last tomato is picked.

Yep, it's almost a year-round thing here. Unless we happen to get a particularly cool winter, then the St. Augustine grass that most folks have down here turns brown and goes dormant for a while.

I miss that also. The other good pass it on was during Year od a Million Dreams, the all day FP they were giving out a group had those and they left MK about 4:30 and gave us theirs when we went to find a spot to watch the parade and fireworks we passes it on. MK was open until 1 or 2 that night I always hoped it was I saw a few people pass those on during that trip.used until closing.

We never got one of those, but, when we were visiting during YoaMD in July of '07, we got invites to an after hours dance and attraction party for Future World. We were heading into Imagination and the CMs were handing them out. I asked how many they were giving out, and they said 1200, but, they said that only about half that number usually show up.
The dance party was fun, and all the attractions were walk-on...!
