We booked a 4 day to the bahama's starting 13 may 2012.
I have some questions left which I could not find an answer on like:
- how late is breakfast served?
- We would like to book ground transport but how do I get to the car care center in wdw after the cruise?
- where can i find more information already on excursions?

It varies depending on where you want to eat breakfast, but 10:30 is right most of the time.

Do you mean you want to book a transport back to WDW but you want to rent a car once you get there? You may consider renting a car in Port Canaveral. That may work out to be the cheapest and quickets option. Otherwise you will have to take the transfers back to a resort and then have the car care center pick you up.

The DCL website has pretty good descriptions of the excursions, but if you want reviews, Passporter's Disney Cruise Guide has some good ones.
