To quote DisGal from another thread," I'm in a constant Disney state of mind.", got me thinking about myself and my upcoming trip. I as well am in constant thought about being at Disney and it has gotten worst since the months pass and it gets closer to my arrival date. So much so that sometimes I wish I would just stop thinking about it because I just couldn't take it any more! Now... I am a stay at home mom and I have known to be a little "OCD" at
times:rolleyes: so my focus isn't as diverted if I was working and had to concentrate on other things.
Disney just keeps creeping into my head!

Does anyone else have this problem of Disney head explosion!

and yes I just realized I spelled FRAM wrong- frame- -- can't get in there to change it. Haven't had enough coffee.

I have been talking to Victoria & Albert's over the phone and threw email. I am not sure if I am going to get a good idea if I am going to like the food or not. When I talk to someone from other dining places in Disney they give me enough information about how they can do the food and all that so I have a good idea that I am going to enjoy the food. With Victoria & Albert's it seems like it's harder for me to get idea about how they will do the food and all that. I guess maybe Victoria & Albert's like to keep some things as a surprise and do things a certain way (or something like that) and all of that is fine. But if I can't get a good idea if I am going to enjoy the food I may feel like I am not sure if Victoria & Albert's is for me or I may feel like it's just not for me on this trip. So in that case I might cancel Victoria & Albert's and go eat at 1900 Park Fare or Grand Floridian Cafe or some other place.

I'm very sorry, I don't seem to be using the right search terms for this question.

Two of the men in our group are probably going to need to get separate hotel accomodations (and not with each other, either!) because one snores and the other one smokes; the snoring will wake the smoker up frequently, and the smokers' occasional trips out to the smoking area and then back into the room will wake up the snorer. I know that most packages and discounts are probably geared toward a couple with children, of course, but are any on-site deals ever offered for solitary adult visitors?

Where around here would be the best place for me to look for more information on the general topic of individual accomodations? We generally plan on flying to and from Orlando together, and spending every morning and most evenings in the Nine-Human Amoeba Formation, but I don't want my friends to think they're stuck doing whatever the majority have picked out for the week, either.
(Or even my husband, for that matter!)

We're looking at the first full week of October in 2012, if that would matter in either direction.

Thank you very much!

So this is the first time I am planning a special trip for my girlfriend *hopefully fiance soon* and myself to visit Disney. I have been going since I was 1 years old and am now 24, I am proud to say I have been going with the family once a year almost every year since I was a toddler (except the past few...living on the border in Texas as a Border Patrol Agent). In Feburary I will be spending seven days at the Boardwalk Villas and I have a few questions I hope you all can help me with.

First, we technically did not book the trip directly through Disney. My girlfriends parents have a time share through their company (not DVC). By doing this I probably saved close to $1000 and only have to purchase tickets. Because of this do we still have an option to purchase the Dining Plan? I seem to have trouble finding out since it seems Disney wants to sell it as a package with booking a hotel along with their tickets.

Second, If I do have the option of purchasing the Dining Plan, what are your experiences with it? I understand there are customizable options and that it can save a lot of money if used correctly. My family has used it a few times but the past few years they haven't recently.

Lastly, we will both be arriving at the airport at different times because I will be flying out of Texas and she out of the Northeast. Is the Magical Express still complimentary though we are not traveling together and are getting a room through an outside time share company?

Im sure I have more questions but that is all I can think of right now. As a side note, everytime I find I am going to Disney I get into "super excited mode". I feel as if no matter my age I will always enjoy going to and experiencing a good time in Disney World. Thank you for your help.
