I can't believe that Christmas Eve is just 10 days away. I've always loved our Christmas Eves with just the 4 of us. We open a few select gifts, drink eggnog, and read Luke's account of the birth of Jesus, then go to the midnight service at church. It's our own little quiet respite before all the crazy hectic antics of Christmas Day. I wish it could always be this way!
